Kareena Kapoor, the leading lady of Bollywood is all set for a release that would make her the only heroine in Bollywood to star opposite both mama and his bhanja. And the mama and his beloved bhanja are none other than actors Aamir Khan and his nephew Imran. Bebo had worked with Aamir in the blockbuster movie 3 Idiots. And this month on the 10th her film Ek Main Aur Ekk Tu she is paired opposite none other than Aamir’s own nephew Imran.
Inspired from the 2008 American romantic comedy film, What Happens in Vegas, Ek Main Aur Ekk Tu is slated for the release on Valentine Week and hopefully will be able to pull the urban crowd.
Incidentally, Kareena will also feature in Aamir Khan’s movie Talaash, which is due for release in 2012. It will be interesting to see how Bebo sizzles up the screen with Imran and his mamu in these two major releases of 2012. In 3 Idiots, the chemistry between Aamir and Kareena had been hugely appreciated. Now it will be interesting to see how she entices the audiences in Ek Main Aur Ekk Tu with Imran. Reports said Kareena had to use a lot of make-up and special effects in order to make her look younger so that she looks the proper match for Imran.
However, in a media meet recently, Kareena played it safe when asked to compare the two Khans – Aamir and Imran. She said Aamir is the ‘maestro of the industry’ so it would not be right to compare him with his young nephew who has just started out on his career in films in Bollywood. But she did add that working with both Aamir and Imran were amazing experiences in their own right.
