I have been writing for Enzag for quite some time now, but am not too sure if I have any reader who would spend some portion of his/her life reading my article. Assuming I have any, especially women readers, let me assure them that I have the highest regard for women and I want them to excel in all aspects of live. Today we have so many working women in our society who are working and taking good care of their homes respectively. Life is never easy these days with everyone working hard to achieve their goals and more so if the lady of the house is on the run as well. Today a working women is expected to play so many roles, a good employee, a good wife, a good mother, and more importantly a good homemaker and even though she might be good at multi tasking, a little help in the most important job (read cooking) could definitely make her life a little easier and give her a time for her own, even if its for few minutes. In fact why only women? Am sure given a chance men would also like to master the art of cooking so that they don’t have to rely on their spouse for food. Yes not all can cook as good as our women do, but we are capable enough to make a quick bit snacks with which we can fill our stomach to glory. So here are some easy tips to cook yummy recipes which can help you save your most precious thing-“Time.”
Through this article and few more to follow after this, I would be sharing series of easy-to-cook recipes with all my readers so that next time you are hungry or you have to make something in hurry, you don’t have to shell out your money on restaurants and hotels bills. Without much delay let me start off the series by sharing recipe of Chicken Burger. Most of us love burgers but have you ever thought how tough or easy it is to make a burger at home? It is very simple, and can save you lot of money. Next time your family wants to have a KFC burger, surprise them with your own home made burger. So here we go:-
Ingredients:
- Go to a market and get Chicken keema about 400gms.
- Take 2 Gingers about 2 tea spoon and make sure its finely chopped
- Garlic-1 tea spoon, and this too finely chopped
- Onion-1, finely chopped
- chopped Coriander leaves-3 tea spoon
- Garam masala-3/4 tea spoon
- Bread crumb as needed
- Egg-1
- Green chilies- 2 ,chopped
- Vegetable Oil
- Salt to taste
- Lemon juice-1 tea spoon
- Burger bun, make sure you buy burger buns and not regular ones as the regular buns wont add to the taste of a proper burger that you are so used to eating in food joints like KFC or any other places.
- Lettuce leaves, Onions, Tomatoes , cheese and Mayonnaise for garnishing
Method :
Once you have arranged all these ingredients, its time for us to start the preparation. It’s simple; mix all the ingredients that you have arranged properly except for the Burger bun of course. One it’s mixed well, keep the filling in a refrigerator for it to set well for approximately 10 minutes. Meanwhile, pre heat the oven at about 200 degree centigrade. Oil the baking sheet with a brush. Make sure the brush is clean and hygienic. Now make four equal parts of the filling and set it on the baking sheet. Once it is done bake it for 10 minutes. Now its time for you to heat the bun in the oven for 2 minutes. After all this is done fill up the burger with the keema filling , lettuce leaves , onions ,tomatoes and of course cheese and mayonnaise and the yummy burger is ready to serve.
Yes, that’s about it. Your burger is read to eat. The burger you eat at KFC will cost you anything between 90-120 Rupees and here you make it at half the price and at your own convenience. This article will not only help women who love cooking, but also students or bachelors living away from home for studies or job purpose. If you arrange for the above ingredients, all you need is to mix and bake it for 10 minutes and you have a yummy burger available right in front of you.
