Vegetable noodles – recipe

The food ” NOODLES” has become a popular dish among all households and across all ages. This Chinese origin dish is easy to cook and delicious to eat at any time of the day. I am presenting you my way of preparing this dish.

INGREDIENTS:

  1. Boiled Noodles – 2 packets
  2. Sliced Potato – ½
  3. Sliced Capsicum – ½
  4. Sliced onion – 1
  5. Sliced Garlic – 3
  6. Finely sliced Beans – 5
  7. Finely sliced carrot – ½
  8. Chopped green chilli – 2
  9. White Refined Oil – 5 tsp
  10. Soya Sauce – 1 ½  tsp
  11. Chilli sauce – ½ tsp
  12. Salt to taste

 METHOD:

Heat one non sticky kadhai and add white oil into it. Put the potato and fry until brown, add onion, capsicum, green chilli, carrot and beans and wait until it gets completely fried. Make sure that the onions are not over fried and are just brown.

Prepare the noodles from beforehand by boiling them and staining all the water from them and keep ready. Once all the vegetables get fried, put the boiled noodles into the mixture. Now add Salt, Soya sauce and chilli sauce into it and mix well until all the ingredients get mixed well.

Transfer the noodles into a bowl and serve with tomato sauce. Chopped onions can be used for garnishing this dish.
