Potato spinach salad raita – recipe

Get your raita in a new way! Potato Spinach Salad Raita is quick, simple and tasty. This raita recipe is good for both the health and the soul. It makes a great side dish.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 200 gm thick curd
  • 200 gm small potatoes or scooped potatoes
  • One-fourth cup double cream
  • 2 table spoon tomato sauce
  • 1 table spoon yellow mustard powder
  • Sugar and salt to taste
  • 300 gm spinach
  • 1 onion finely chopped
  • 2 green chilies
  • 2 garlic
  • Ginger
  • Salt to taste
  • Juice of lemon

METHOD:

Scoop out the boiled potatoes and fry. Mix double cream, salt, sugar, mustard powder, tomato sauce in the thick curd. Then add fried potatoes.

DRESSING:

Boil spinach and drain out in a cloth. Then with onion, green chilies, ginger, garlic and salt churn it in a mixer. Then add lemon juice to it.

Take a container and put a plain thick layer of potato paste. Then make a plain layer of dressing on it. Decorate it with tomato cubes.
