Spirulina is amazing, I recently read that is can even help with gum disease, densitist have found that carries can be due to the composition of our saliva lacking in vitamins & minerals.
    spirulina help replenish these!
The best way to introduce spirulina (natural multi-vitamins & minerals) into the diet is small easily swallowed tablets like Spiralyne. Good health.
