The splendid feeling of Love can happen anytime & sometimes it gets expressed & sometimes not. Still, this feeling seems like you are in a wonderland with that special person whom you love the most & as a third person only happiness stands by you two.
It is always said “it’s good to express your love”. It’s true! But only uttering those 3 magical words is not love. It has to be felt. Make your beloved happy; try to bring many surprises in his/her life such that you being with him/her always remain something special for him /her. Along with your love, each other’s presence also matters!!
One such sweet & cuddly surprise is Chocolates. The link between love & chocolates has always been very heart-melting. Chocolates bring smile, chocolates rejuvenates heart & mind. Actually all of us feel happy to have chocolates! A bar of chocolate has no age bar!!
So go ahead this Valentine’s Day & bring such sweet surprises for the person whom you love the most. It is nice to enhance one’s feeling of love & well-being with chocolates especially on Valentine’s Day when you would want to be & for your beloved only. Love forever should be of 365 days but one such special day when you tend to chill out with your most cared person only is Valentine’s Day. So, c’mon make it a special valentine for both of you coz’ memories are meant to cherish!
Some of chocolate desserts include Chocolate Brownies, Chocolate Mousse cut into heart shapes with a strawberry & a dollop of fresh cream on top of it. For Valentine’s Day, heart shaped chocolates are most wanted. It can be chocolate truffles, or even a heart-shaped dark-chocolate cake with Chocó-chips. Why not make a chocolate Valentine’s note by baking some chocolate cupcakes and using writing icing to inscribe romantic messages over the chocolate frosting on top??
Celebrating Chocolate-Valentine desserts goes beyond our imagination.
I would love to share few Chocolate recipes in this Valentine:
1. Chocó-Mousse:
1 Cup Chopped Dark Chocolate
1 Cup Marsh Mallows in small size
200 gms Cream
1/2 cup hot boiling water
1/2 cup milk
3 tbsp Brown Sugar
3 tbsp Cocoa Powder
4 tbsp Butter.
1/2 cup Dry Fruits (Optional)
Method: Make the day with a smile: Take a heavy bottomed saucepan. Combine all of the ingredients together. Keep the gas on low flame. Keep stirring the mixture otherwise the chocolate might stick to the bottom. Once the marsh mallows start melting. Roughly about 7 mins the mixture should incorporate well. Switch off the gas. Again mix the batter with a spatula. Now pour the batter into the desired mold. Scrape the rest of mousse as well from the pan. Keep the mousse to set for about 2hours in the fridge. Make a heart with strawberry & serve chilled.
2. Choco Cup
To see his/her eyes sparkle in joy at times it good to give such sweet surprises. There are many actually. Keep thinking & make this 14th Feb a special day to remember forever & ever!
